Ingredients

  • 4 sourdough bread slices
  • 0.25 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 oz turkey deli, sliced
  • 4 oz Brie thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter softened

Equipment

  • 1 12-inch skillet

Method

  1. Spread the cranberry sauce over one side of 2 bread slices, then layer on the turkey and Brie; top with the remaining bread slices.
  2. Spread the butter over the outsides of the sandwiches.
  3. Cook in a 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, covering the skillet after flipping, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie is melted.

Notes

For the crispiest bread, spread the butter evenly over the sandwich outsides. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days; freezing is not recommended. Use gluten-free sourdough for a gluten-free swap.
